Nice project, but you should be aware steel in contact with aluminum in water causes galvanic current between the dissimilar metals, which will cause your metal parts to corrode especially in salt water.

just got a sportsman 106 pdl I wish I would have found this video before I was up until midnight last night trying to adapt my transducer to the mount given, Not happy with it so I'm going back out to the garage and making one of these. Maybe if I mount the transducer backwards it can be snugged up a bit closer to the hull.

THANKS so much! I just finished making this shave horse per your plans. It works great on my hiking sticks, so much easier on my back than sanding bark with an angle grinder. I was able to use up a bunch of scrap wood, and only had to by the metal rod. The adjustability is perfect, to get alignment just right. WONDERFUL PLANS!

Dude. Im literally building the exact setup so my kid doesn't overload my current mounts. Im going to add a sealed board to cover the frame for his lounging comfort as we fish. I literally have been watching everyone else's videos to gauge the most effective electrical conduit/pvc frame layout for weight dispersement. Then, boom! The man with the set up. Thank you

Okay, it's mostly built. Your video was great. Your plans were very helpful. Thank you for your generosity. Tomorrow we'll add the casters and the mesh. The trailer stake pockets will be here in a few days to complete it. But it will be in use by tomorrow. ❤ edit: Oh, and we'll also build that little box for the small blocks etc.

Well, after designing one from watching another video, I saw Tamar's video and was going to modify my plan. Then I saw yours, and now we have a new front-runner. :) Good work. I'll need to order some wire mesh but I'll save money on plywood, and I'll have the benefit of being able to see what's in the box. 👍

I am going to make this using the plans but modifying a little. For the shelves, instead of just using screws, washers and nuts, I am going to replace the standard nuts with wing nuts so I can easily assemble with no tools other than a screw driver to hold the screw while I tighten the wing nuts. Thanks for this awesome build... now on to my build.
